In the past few weeks, Interros completed several transactions with credit institutions, aimed at optimizing and diversifyingits loan portfolio. As a result: the cost of servicing the portfolio was reduced, the currency risks were balanced, the credit capacity increased and the list of creditor banks was expanded.
In July 2010, Interros signed with Sberbank several credit line agreements totaling approximately $ 2 billion with credit limits for 5 years, of which a part has been already drawn.
Interros refinanced the existing loan agreements with VTB, and partly repaid it.
Interros also signed a loan from a pool of international banks for general corporate needs. In the pool of banks are ING Bank NV, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG and UBS AG.
