The board of directors at the Prof-Media holding company has reappointed Rafael Akopov as director-general.
Last October, Rafael Akopov took up the post of director-general at the closed joint-stock company KM-Invest, where he managed the joint investments of Vladimir Potanin and Mikhail Prokhorov.
