Sustainable Tourism: Global Challenges and Discovering Russia, an international conference, will take place in Sochi from the 17th to the 20 th of October. Well-known subject-matter experts, managers of natural protected areas, specialized tour operators, experienced guides, industry representatives and environmentalists from all over the world will gather for a comprehensive discussion about challenges, opportunities and milestones on the path towards sustainable development of ecotourism in Russia and worldwide; they will also outline a plan to cooperate in order to achieve further progress.
The The National Council on Corporate Governance Report’s opening chapter analyzes the sociocultural and institutional aspects of corporate governance in Russia.
The Report follows in the footsteps of other publications that explore the implementation by Russian companies of the 2014 Code of Corporate Governance recommendations.
The report is being published since 2008 on the initiative of the chairman of the council Vladimir Potanin. Leading Russian and foreign practitioners and corporate governance researchers from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, VTB Bank, Deloitte, Ernst & Young and other institutions contributed to this report.
