INTERROS SEPARATED CINEMA PARK INTO AN INDIVIDUAL ENTERPRISE
Interros has made a decision to separate Cinema Park from PromMedia holding into an individual enterprise. Stategic management of Cinema Park will be made by the Board of Directors with representatives of Interros and ProfMedia.
Deputy general director of Interros Olga Zinovyeva said: “We think that the growth rate of Cinema Park's business propose that the company should continue development as an individual unit. Core business of Cinema Park is sale of services, which distinguish the company from other businesses of ProfMedia, focused on advertising market. Profmedia and Interros made major efforts to create from the ground the biggest cinema chain in Russia and Easter Europe. We consider this project as one of our key long-term investments. The biggest challenge for Cinema Park today is to wrap up integration of Kinostar de Lux, which was bought recently”.
