The deal will be arranged under the A/B structure of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), whereby the A tranche accounting for 35% of the total amount is provided by EBRD for the term of 3 years with possible extension up to 4 years and the remainder is syndicated among a wide number of banks for a 2 years tenor. ROSBANK has appointed EBRD, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and ING Bank N.V. as Joint Mandated Lead Arrangers for the deal. The transaction shall be closed in early March 2006. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes of Rosbank.
