Under the agreement IFC will grant Prof Media a$20 million credit for creation ofthe all-Russian network ofmodern cinemas with several halls called Cinema-Park. Total volume ofinvestments into the project amounts to$128 million.

Nowadays Cinema Park operates two multiplexes: anine-hall Cinema-Park Onthe Kaluzhskaya and asix-hall Cinema-Park onthe Oktyabrskoye Pole.When the first construction line iscompleted in2006, the cinema network Cinema-Park will include over 100screens in9biggest Russian cities.
