In 2005 loans for housing under construction made up 47% of the Rosbanks mortgage portfolio and loans for readily available housing 53%. The share ofthe loans, allocated inrubles, amounted to15% and inUS dollars to85%.
As ofJanuary 1st, 2006, the program was available in12biggest Russian cities. Bythe end ofthe first six months of2006the program will belaunched inall ROSBANKs branches. In2005, 18% ofthe mortgage credits were allocated inRussias regions and 82%- inMoscow. The bank envisages increasing the regions share upto 35% in2006. By the end of2006ROSBANK intends toraise the mortgage portfolio upto USD 150mln, that is6.5times more then inthe past year.
