Andrey Klishas was awarded with the medal For merits before Fatherland of the II degree. The decree 1492 On rewarding with the state awards of the Russian Federation was signed by the president of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on 17th October 2008. During the ceremony, which took place in Kremlin, Chief of the Presidential Administration Sergey Naryshkin has noted Mr. Klishas outstanding merits in development of the Russian economy, his achievements and his longstanding conscientious work.
