Societe Generale Group has just acquired an additional stake of 7% in Rosbank shares to its Russian partner Interros, which remains a key partner in the bank. Further to this acquisition, SG owns 64,7% of the shares of the bank.

SG reiterates with this transaction its confidence in the business of the bank and its future development.
