Annual General Meeting of shareholders of MMC Norilsk Nickel took place in Moscow on June 28. Four Interros representatives were elected to the Board of Directors: Boris Bakal, Consultant of Interros International Investments Limited, Andrey Bougrov, Managing Director of Interros Holding Company, Andrey Klishas, Vice-President of Interros Holding Company and Marianna Zakharova, Director of Legal Department of Interros Holding Company. Interros also supported the nomination of Vasily Titov as an independent director.
