Interros president Vladimir Potanin named Alexei Chirkov (Perm City) winner ofthe business TVproject Kandidat. Mr. Chirkov will head the Affordable Housing project atOpen Investments Company.

Sofia Nikolaeva from Moscow and Alexei Chirkov from Perm were the finalists ofthe show, struggling toreceive atop-managerial post atInterros company.
