The meeting was chaired by A. Bougrov, Vice Chair of the Corporate Relations Committee and the Senior Vice President of MMC Norilsk Nickel. He emphasized the relevance of the new Russian Code of Corporate Governance that had been prepared by the Central Bank of Russia and adopted in 2014.
