Tech-savvy insurance company BestDoctor and Rosbank Insurance, part of the Interros Group, are negotiating integration to create a leading company in the Russian insurance market.

It is planned to launch the integration shortly, and is expected to be completed within a year. The merged company will absorb the teams from both entities and will be headed by Mark Sanevich and Mikhail Belyandinov. At the same time, BestDoctor will become a strategic partner of Rosbank in the insurance market, and its clients will have access to a wider range of insurance products and services.

As a result of the integration, and subject to regulatory approval and all corporate approvals, Interros will continue to own a non-controlling stake in BestDoctor.
