Interros nominates the following candidates to the Board of Directors of Norilsk Nickel for the EGM on October 21: Boris Bakal, Andrey Bougrov, Oleg Deripaska, Marianna Zakharova, Andrey Klishas, Dmitry Kostoev, Bradford Alan Mills, Oleg Pivovarchuk, Maxim Sokov, Vladislav Soloviev, Vladimir Strzhalkovsky, Vasily Titov, John Gerard Holden. Thus Interros reaffirms, that it is satisfied with the results of the AGM of Norilsk Nickel on June 28, and sees no sense in reelecting the Board.

On September 12, 2010, the Presidential Palace in Nicosia hosted the Fourth Cyprus-Russia Charity Gala. All proceeds went to Radiomarathon Foundation for Children with Special Needs. During the Gala, the president of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Demetris Christofias awarded Vladimir Potanin with the Golden Olive Branch state diploma in gratitude for his profound and ongoing contribution to the development of cultural relations and the strengthening of the existing friendly relations between Cyprus and Russia.

Vladimir Potanin and Mikhail Prokhorov reached an agreement on termination of a mutual trust. The trust agreement was inked by both parties on March 20, 2008 with the trust manager Andrey Klishas in order to manage mutual assets. Today, the parties signed a number of agreements which are to settle all issues related to the trusts assets as well as to free each party from mutual claims. The signed agreements also provide that business entities closed to M. Prokhorov are to purchase all OPIN shares owned by V.Potanins entities.

In the past few weeks, Interros completed several transactions with credit institutions, aimed at optimizing and diversifyingits loan portfolio. As a result: the cost of servicing the portfolio was reduced, the currency risks were balanced, the credit capacity increased and the list of creditor banks was expanded.

As the presidentAndrey Klishas will be responsible for the development and implementation of the corporate strategy of the company, improvement of corporate governance, and for the activities aimed at the growth of MMC market capitalization. Furthermore, the president will oversee any potential merger & acquisition transactions.
